Bad Mood
Today I woke up in a bad mood. No real reason. Just one of those days where everything feels a little heavier and a little more annoying than it should. And once I noticed my mood, it felt like everyone else was in a bad mood too. At work. In messages. In passing conversations. It was like the whole world decided to match my energy. It didn’t help. It just made everything feel louder.
So I cranked the tunes. Not soft music. Not calm music. The kind that fills the room and shakes the mood loose a little. I needed something to cut through the heaviness. Something to remind me that I don’t have to sit in a bad mood all day just because it showed up.
It didn’t fix everything, but it helped. It made the day feel a little less stuck. It made me feel a little more like myself.
Some days are just like this. Bad mood. Bad energy. Bad timing. And you do what you can to shift it.
Today, I used music.
